Notes: high season  is from the 15 of July to 20 of August, and from Christmas to epiphany and also Easter.

The prices indicate to you are prices a day for the entire apartment, every apartment and room has bathroom with shower. Also comprised is breakfast consumed at the bar room.

Are comprised in the price:

• the consumptions of warm and cold water, gas and electric power

• the cleaning of apartment

• complete service of  linen to the arrival.

Eventual changes of linen succeeded you to the first one are available at the price of 5 euro to person.

Availability of additional bed (where possible) in the apartment to the following prices:

- low season : 20 euro to the day

- high season: 25 euro to the day.

For every accommodation, the number of persons, comprised the children of age 1 year and over  cannot exceed the number of beds (predisposed + added to you) available in the same lodging.

The presence of domestic animals does not have to bring disturbance to the other hosts and involves a supplement of 4 euro to the day for animal.

It is necessary to confirm the reservation by paying 30 % of the amount total sent with postal money order on line The balance kindly will be paid to the arrival.
There is no possibility to pay with credit card.

For a better acceptance it is recommended  to program the following arrivals in the following hours: morning 10,30 - 12,00: evening 15,00 - 20,00. Beyond such timetables it is recommended to notify the Direction for your arriving time

The minimal period of permanence is of 2 days.
The lodging goes left free within hours 14,00 of the departure day.
